Discover Overflow (Lunch)
- Intro Staff and key leaders
- Invite to Connect 101(Hand out invitation cards for Connect 101)
- Ask them to download the Overflow App
Step 2
Connect 101
- Start in Main Lobby (Hospitality), Move to Green Room(Worship), Walk around to Next Gen Foyer (Wave and Well) and end up in Multipurpose room
- Presentation on Partnership-(What it means to become a Partner and the benefits, groups, ministries, ministry opportunities, Church government )
- Walk them through signing up to become a Partner.
- Gather all information.
Step 3
Welcome To The Family
- Reach out individually to thank them and recognize them as partners
- Help them find their place through Gifts Assessment
- When assigned to a ministry, walk them through Serving Blue Print
- Add them to any group chats in the app
- Complete the Covenant Partnership/Welcome to the Family Form (Through App or Paper Copy)
